Also located in the Hotel Alpin, the same high cooking standards apply – the food is clearly structured, very carefully prepared and fresh as can be. Shining examples include trout carpaccio, radish, caviar, pumpkin, crab crunch, or lamb liver, apple, potato cream, peas, bacon.
