Guests consistently praise the prime Old Town location near the train station and Rhine promenade, friendly multilingual staff, and a solid breakfast. The most common complaints involve compact rooms and bathrooms, inadequate street noise insulation at night, and occasional lapses in cleaning details or maintenance.
