Guest scores & sentiment

From 200 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-17

Guests consistently praise the exceptional staff, spacious clean rooms with full kitchenettes, and diverse breakfast. The central Bur Dubai location offers excellent walkability to transit and markets, while the rooftop pool provides stunning skyline views. Minor drawbacks include street noise in some rooms, slightly dated furnishings, limited elevator capacity, and scarce pool sunbeds.
