- 这个不是球客福利，HP住店都给。早餐区域是个餐厅，需要reception带进去入座的，桌面会摆好餐具，不同于美国Hyatt Place比较有仪式感；周末晚起了会排队，内容就是traditional English breakfast，果汁/水果选择都挺丰富的，整体非常comfortable。
- 按照terms来说place可以不honor升级，当天app也只给到了high floor，不过下午入住的时候我还是和前台稍微问了问，前台表示愿意给我免费升级8楼阳台房（9楼是rooftop bar），进入房间后我才发现由于酒店特殊结构，阳台房都在侧面，虽然能看到city view但视角还是有限，看了一下描述觉得terrace应该是corner view，打电话过去试探性问了问能不能给terrace，前台表示需要去请示经理，过了几分钟后经理打电话过来表示抱歉，这已经是他们能力范围内能做的最大升级（看形势他们terrace room很少很少），我表示理解就接受了。
- 就在伦敦1区的边缘，位置很不错，距离Liverpool St金融区步行距离，那些著名的黄瓜楼/Sky Garden/Duck&Waffle等等都在周边，虽然往城外走一些就是传说中有点鱼龙混杂的Whitechapel区，隔壁的Brick Ln现在也有点名过其实，乱得很，总体只要往金融区方向走，还是很安全繁华的。地铁的话，Aldgate East和Aldgate两个站都是步行距离，可以乘坐District Line/Circle等等，Whitechapel可以坐Elizabeth Line，还是很方便的。view的话阳台房就是看金融城，挺不错的。
- 整体服务还ok，skip housekeeping他们可以给300分/晚或者5镑credit，人还是蛮客气的不过比较守规矩，而且哪哪都要钱（手动姚明），比如借伞2镑48小时，adapter也卖5镑一个...（其实算便宜了哈哈哈）
