The proposal, with dishes as appetising as the combination of lamb, smoked aubergine and sheep's milk or stuffed partridge, juice from its bones, celeriac and dried apricots, revolves exclusively around two tasting menus: Osículo and Osteofito (5 and 9 courses respectively).
