And then there are the chef-patron's seasonally influenced classic dishes such as pike-perch sausage accompanied by creamed sauerkraut with dates, or venison with nuts, black walnut sauce, cranberries and Savoy cabbage. Individual courses from each of the two set menus ("Tradition" and "Genusswerk") can be ordered à la carte. Decent wine selection with good options available by the glass.
