Cap Esterel Village offers four distinct quartiers: The Village, nestled within a 9-hole golf course overlooking Agay Bay, features charming streets, boutiques, and restaurants amidst shaded gardens, with sea-view apartments available. The tranquil Hameau, situated between Dramont Beach and the heart of the domain, boasts mostly sea-facing apartments in terraced houses with private gardens and traditional Mediterranean architecture. The Lakeside area offers Provençal-style apartments near the lake and a landscaped area, a 12-minute walk or short train ride from the village center. Lastly, L'Esquinade sits between the golf course and Esterel. Enjoy amenities including a supermarket, bakery, shops, restaurants, bars, and snack bars. Many shops operate independently and remain open throughout the season.

Guests consistently praise the stunning sea views, convenient on-site amenities, and well-equipped pools with activities. Common complaints focus on inconsistent apartment cleanliness, outdated furnishings, and numerous stairs that hinder accessibility for strollers or mobility-impaired visitors. Strict pool regulations and paid sunbeds also draw criticism. Overall, the location and facilities are strong, but maintenance and accessibility need improvement.
