The Theatre Hotel not only wows overnight guests with its chic design, but it also offers an interesting dining experience based on an attractive modern concept. In the open kitchen, which can be seen from all over the restaurant, the team puts together modern dishes with light international accents. This on-trend, modern bistro concept – including a chef's table and open kitchen complete with Jopser grill – lies within the historical walls of a military bakery with lofty vaulted ceilings. The flavoursome cuisine is creative and seasonal, with an appealing à la carte menu, plus an extra dish at lunchtime. It's not easy to choose between dishes such as "Grilled oyster mushroom, cream cheese, bread chips", "Chickpea tofu, hoisin, yuzu, chard" and "Venison, rosehip, brussels sprout, semolina". Tip: The dishes also lend themselves to sharing, so you can try different things. Don't miss out on

Calling all steak lovers! The quality of the meat served here is fantastic, and the perfectly cooked premium steaks, as well as the sauces and side dishes are testament to the skill of the kitchen team. Tip: The cuts are rather large, which makes them ideal for sharing – consider booking for a small group. Adorned with rustic-looking decorative features, the decor is stylish and has an urban feel – the focal point is the open kitchen with its impressive barbecue. This place draws plenty of diners, who receive attentive service from the front-of-house team.
