In the open kitchen, the team champions ingredients from Central Switzerland, supplemented by produce from the Alpine region. After 33 years, the business has changed hands, but new owners Lukas and Evelyn Christen are committed to keeping the tradition alive. The menu continues to feature both regional and international dishes. Look out for the label "Guets vo hie" on the menu, which indicates the local specialities such as topside beef carpaccio with horseradish, red onions and fried mushrooms. The courtyard terrace is especially pleasant. Tip: This pretty restaurant also makes an ideal venue for weddings and other celebrations.

The location right by Lake Lucerne is fabulous! This modern bistro shares its premises with the fine dining restaurant and benefits from the same stunning views over the water.
