The dishes are meticulously crafted from first-rate ingredients including organic beef from the restaurant's own on-site farm. Be sure to try the Wiener schnitzel and the Tafelspitz (prime boiled beef) – the side dishes are also excellent, such as the exquisite creamed spinach.
