The name “Toe Drue”, which means “thick tables”, refers to the sturdy tables of the old inn. Today, the restaurant continues to celebrate Genoese tradition in an informal and welcoming atmosphere, with iconic dishes such as “cappon magro”, stockfish and other Ligurian specialities that tell a story of sincere and timeless cuisine.
