This elegant, contemporary style hotel, São Paulo Itaim By Atlantica is conveniently located in the upscale district of Itaim in São Paulo. It features free wi-fi, 24 hour room service, a rooftop gym and outdoor pool with panoramic views over the city. A number of restaurants, bars and leisure facilities can be found in the surrounding area. The Ibirapuera Park and JK Shopping Mall are within easy reach. The 126 room hotel has also modern meeting spaces on premises. Please note that more than 10 rooms are considered a group, with reservations subject to previous payment or cancellation by the hotel. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate is for 24 hours, with check-in from 2 p. m. and check-out until 12 p. m. The interval of up to 3 hours between guests' departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitizing, and tidying up the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.
