Here is a very special restaurant, bringing together all the ingredients for an experience that lingers in the memory. The entrance, flanked by striking Murano glassware, makes a theatrical impression before you find yourself in a room dressed in an elegant play of gold, white and blue tones. It astonishes with its impressive windows, perched above the coastline and the boundless Atlantic! The Austrian chef Hans Neuner channels, in his offering, the journeys he undertakes each year following the routes travelled by the Portuguese during the Age of Discoveries. In this iteration, the chef carri

Is there anywhere in the world that comes close to our notion of paradise? Yes, undoubtedly, and dining here is the closest thing to touching the heavens with your taste buds. While Vila Joya’s setting makes an impact, both for its beauty and ocean views, Dieter Koschina’s offering warrants special mention, as this Austrian-born chef has succeeded in blending the fine craftsmanship of classic Central European cuisine with flavours and produce from Portugal — a country that captivated him over 30 years ago. Excellence is savoured in every bite, for beyond solid execution, he shows boldness and

Nestled within the idyllic Vila Vita Parc resort, this restaurant stands out for its prime location overlooking the pools, offering excellent views of the ocean and the immaculately kept gardens surrounding it. The ambience combines elegance and modernity, with blue and white taking centre stage, complemented by a spectacular terrace that’s perfect for enjoying the sunset. The offering draws inspiration from Mediterranean cuisine, prepared with local ingredients and international influences, which are reflected in a 5-course tasting menu and à la carte options. Situated in the luxurious Vila Vita Parc, specifically in the Clubhouse. The décor here is a spectacle in its own right, transporting us into the world of One Thousand and One Nights, with high ceilings, windows adorned with Arabic-inspired mosaics, and an ambience in shades of blue and gold. However, the real surprise lies in its cuisine, where you can see the exceptional quality of the products displayed in a glass case, including fresh fish and dry-aged meats. Striking-flavoured dishes emerge from the fully open kitchen at the centre of the room, such as the scallop served with a mild hazel

This restaurant, open to non-resident guests, enriches the culinary offering of the Vilalara Grand Hotel Algarve with a purely gastronomic proposal focused on both Atlantic and regional flavours, always from a contemporary perspective yet with deep roots that seek to exalt local produce, featuring fresh shellfish, daily-caught fish and vegetables imbued with the taste of the countryside. You may of course enjoy its tasting menus (Sabores da Estação and A Nossa Escolha) individually, but… best of all with the views from the terrace. Mark it in your diary for a more romantic occasion!
