Guests consistently praise the excellent location, friendly and professional staff, clean and well-equipped apartments, and enjoyable pool and entertainment facilities. Minor complaints involve occasional noise from nearby renovations or equipment, sunbed crowding, ants due to warm weather, and limited comfort on some sofa beds. Overall, it delivers a highly satisfying family-friendly resort experience.
