Hotel Schwanen

Alexander Ruhland represents the fourth generation of his family to run this traditional country inn, and his kitchen turns out top-notch dishes. Two set menus are proposed: a seasonal one comprising three courses and a more ambitious four-course fine dining menu. There is also an à la carte selection featuring classics such as Zwiebelrostbraten (fried beef and onions in gravy) with Allgäu beef loin, as well as international dishes and vegetarian options.
