In its former gatehouse, up a spiral stone staircase, sits this delightful eatery in the old library. Well-crafted and wallet-friendly dishes ensure you get plenty for your money, with satisfying flavours bursting from the likes of Kwaśnica soup or chicken supreme with polenta cake. The team are charming and the minstrels’ gallery is the perfect spot for private parties.

There has been a hotel on this site, perched on the Kazalnica hill, since 1899. Today called the Hotel Seidorf, it hosts this slightly formal restaurant with linen-laid tables and emblemed napkins. If there’s the opportunity to sit on the terrace, make sure you take it to absorb the stunning scenery. The cooking brings a refined touch to classic dishes, such as breaded pork loin with mashed potato, without losing their comforting feel and satisfying flavours.

As you enter this restaurant at the heart of the sprawling Dworzysko estate, it very quickly sets out its stall. A fridge filled with prime meats, along with animal heads lining the walls, add to the feel of an old-school hunting lodge, and indeed Polish meats are at the core of the menu. Steaks of various shapes and sizes are a feature, aged in-house and delivering plenty of flavour. The delightful team are genuinely eager to please and do their bit to enhance the experience.

With its unpretentious feel, trendy modern-bistro style tweaked with a rustic touch, and pleasingly friendly service, this restaurant ticks all the boxes. And, last but not least, there is the regional, seasonal cuisine, in the form of a small but perfectly formed à la carte selection, including specialities from the Josper grill. Located in the hotel of the same name, this is the sister hotel of the Savoy right next door.

The combination of a chic, modern vibe and modern regional cuisine with international influences is nothing if not inviting. The tasting menu gives you the best overview of the appealing range of dishes. The à la carte selection meanwhile has further options in store – and children are also catered for. The wine list includes well-known vineyards and names from the Old World, as well as a fine selection of champagnes. The restaurant is located in the Hotel Savoy, which is affiliated with the neighbouring Hotel Soyka.
