There’s a change of guard at this Ticino dining institution where young couple Eloa Geiser and Yanick Walker have taken over the running of both the kitchen and front of house service. Although all the staff at this beautiful historic restaurant on the village square hail from Sicily, they have been working in Switzerland for years.
