Located by the banks of the Toulouse River, this charming residence sits at a 30-minute drive from the city centre of Toulouse and at 12km from the Toulouse-Blagnac Airport. Due to its proximity to the A62 motorway it is a great option for anyone travelling in the south of France and looking for a comfortable accommodation. While in the region one can also decide to visit the nearby Lac de Bocage, 8km away, for some sun-bathing or a relaxed picnic with the family. The fans of the fairway will be at a 10-minute drive from the Toulouse-Seilh Golf Course and picturesque town of Merville is a short 5-minute drive away.
