An idyllic picture-postcard setting in a panoramic location overlooking Santa Croce lake, surrounded by villages and mountain peaks. This is matched by an elegant interior with a mix of antique and modern furnishings, and a succession of stylish small dining rooms and lounges, including an open fireplace where many of the ingredients are cooked. For over a century, this restaurant has told the story of the De Pra family and their love for the mountains which is clearly evident in the cuisine served here. Chef Riccardo has strengthened this connection by intensifying his search for local ingred

The Dal Farra family opened this inn way back in 1900, when the current owner-chef Renzo’s grandparents established a simple osteria-style restaurant to provide meals for workers at the nearby mill. In the 1950s, Renzo’s parents took over at the helm, with a Michelin star awarded to the restaurant in 1997. Passion and consistency are the characteristics that have drawn guests to this restaurant for over a century: the cuisine makes full use of regional ingredients in dishes that have occasionally been reinterpreted with a modern twist. Situated in the old town, this small, cosy restaurant serves delicious cuisine, with dishes sometimes inspired by Italian and international recipes, but often revisited in a unique way. In summer, you can dine on the terrace under a beautiful wisteria tree.

Founded in 1952, this inn has been run by the same family – and especially its female members – ever since. It now boasts the presence of a chef whose many years of experience are evident in his dishes. Much of the meat (especially lamb) is raised in the restaurant’s own farm nearby, while the dishes on the menu are seasonal and classic in style yet with a hint of modern flavour. When the weather allows, make the most of the large terrace boasting fine views of the sunset over the surrounding Alpago region.

Ai Cadelach

Venetian, Traditional Cuisine

€€

Enjoy local cuisine in a rustic - style dining room or alongside the swimming pool in summer. The menu focuses on meat dishes (especially grilled meat), such as traditional Fiorentina steak and Alpago lamb. Wine lovers will appreciate the excellent wine cellar kept by Ezio, one of the restaurant owners.
