Guests praise the breathtaking caldera views, quiet Imerovigli location, and attentive staff, especially Eddie. Ideal for coastal hikes and peaceful retreats. Drawbacks include numerous stairs for less mobile guests, compact or basic rooms, occasional path-side noise, and minor maintenance or value concerns. Overall, scenery and service drive a highly positive stay.
