Please note that other forms of identification, including work permit cards, foreign worker In-principle approval (IPA), driving licenses, and membership cards, will not be accepted. Third Person Occupancy Charge For any additional person, aged 12 years and above, sharing the existing bed or sleeps in the apartment, an additional occupancy charge of $20+ per night will be applied. This charge covers the provision of extra amenities.
