A young chef and a brilliant maître-d’ work together at this restaurant, where the cuisine is full of character and has its roots firmly anchored in the region. The menu allows guests to choose from four to six courses, all prepared using local ingredients such as lamb raised on a nearby farm served with parsnips and a refined jus, or reinterpreted dumplings served with morel mushrooms and spring peas. Matteo oversees the wine list, guiding guests on a unique journey through Italian and international labels collected over the past twenty years, all offering excellent value for money. Three imp

Gasthaus Lamm

In the historic center of this small yet charming village, you’ll find a trattoria that has been in operation since 1777. Today, under the current family management, the wood-paneled dining rooms evoke the warm, traditional Tyrolean atmosphere, mirrored by a kitchen that turns out an enticing lineup of local specialties. Lamb, an homage to the restaurant’s name, goat, trout from Val Passiria, beef from Val Sarentino, and of course speck, strudel, and more, all executed at a high level.

Situated near the ski slopes in the Gourmethotel Tenne Lodges, this restaurant is decorated with a profusion of wood. The large dining room is the backdrop for delicious modern cuisine which is regional in focus yet also influenced by the chef’s professional experience around the world. Excellent wine list offering plenty of choice, plus a stone wine cellar which makes a charming setting for a pre-dinner drink.
