Its location, far from all the city’s bustle, is extremely pleasant, and the calm becomes perceptible as you approach. The restaurant sits within Herdade da Malhadinha Nova, an agricultural estate surrounded by vineyards and nature and, at times… a Blue peafowl wandering the meadows. It is also a perfect refuge for wine lovers. The menu bears the signature of the German chef Joachim Koerper, who makes use of ingredients produced on the estate to present Alentejo cuisine allied to contemporary techniques. Our recommendation?
