This blacksmith's shop dating back to 1682 is now devoted to modern cuisine that follows the seasons and draws on fresh, mainly regional ingredients. The interior is pleasingly trendy and minimalist, with a dining area laid out beneath a high steel ceiling. Diners choose between a 5-course set menu and à la carte dishes. Vegetarians are also well catered for on the menu.

Diners are seated in a lofty vaulted cellar featuring a modern-meets-rustic decor and a striking service station in the middle of the space.
