Nestled in a quiet location on the outskirts of town, Hotel Freiwerk's core building is a spruce half-timbered villa dating back to 1894. Its restaurant, 20zwanzig, is housed in the modern extension built in 2020. The chic, trendy interior has large floor-to-ceiling windows that affords a splendid view of the surrounding greenery. The Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch features an ambitious restaurant concept called Silberstreif ("Silver Lining"), named after the 2022 butterfly of the year.
