The fantastic location by the lake is a draw in itself – a spot on the lovely terrace with a view of the water is of course particularly sought after! But the interior of this bright, elegant restaurant inside the hotel of the same name is also appealing – the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake can be opened up. The seasonal cuisine is predominantly regional, with international influences, Mediterranean or occasionally Asian touches. The menu also features classic dishes. The restaurant mirrors the Colette brasseries in Berlin and Munich with an interesting modern dining concept: Diners can order à la carte or compose their own four-course set menu, which can also be vegan.
