Serrae Villa Fiesole

Italian Contemporary, Modern Cuisine · ★ Michelin

€€€€

Within a historic villa now transformed into the FH55 boutique hotel, this restaurant stands out for its contemporary, light-filled interiors, with an open kitchen directed by the chef and his team. Through the large picture windows and from the summer terrace, a captivating view of Florence unfolds below. The gastronomic proposal draws deep roots from Italian tradition, with evident Tuscan resonance, expressed in a creative key across meat, fish, and a sound vegetarian selection. A carefully curated wine list, alongside a cocktail offering, completes the experience.

Enoteca Pinchiorri

Italian Contemporary, Creative · ★★★ Michelin

€€€€

In the world of fine dining, Via Ghibellina is synonymous with Enoteca Pinchiorri: the magnificent seventeenth-century palazzo that houses it is home to one of the most iconic restaurants in Italy, a true legend of gastronomy. Opened in 1972 by Annie Féolde and Giorgio Pinchiorri, what began as a modest wine shop with a kitchen has over time become a great restaurant, in which Florentine history and elegance intertwine among paintings, frescoes and vivid arrangements of fresh flowers. At the stove, the cooking aspires to a refinement free of ostentation, eschewing fleeting fashions in favour o

Saporium Firenze

Creative, Contemporary · ★ Michelin

At this restaurant, Ariel Hagen, a young and friendly chef who, despite his name, hails from Florence, divides his time between the open-view kitchen and the tables in the dining room, where he happily explains dishes to guests and shares his enthusiasm for sustainability. His dishes are showcased on tasting menus but can also be chosen individually à la carte style from either menu depending on your preference. Among the desserts, don’t miss the Caterina De' Medici’s rose, a modern version of the traditional Florentine “zuccotto” cake with a beautiful combination of milk and Alkermes liqueur.

Trattoria Cibrèo - Il Cibrèino

Tuscan, Classic Cuisine

"This simple, typical trattoria (not to be confused with the more elegant Cibrèo restaurant next door) has long been one of the best places in Florence for anyone looking to enjoy delicious, traditional cuisine without spending a fortune. The menu features an array of dishes that have become firm favourites over the years: tripe salad, vegetable soup with red rice, stewed lampredotto (a sort of tripe), roast pork loin with mashed potatoes and, to finish, a caramel panna cotta that evokes memories of the past.As summed up by the Inspector: “It’s the restaurant I’d choose to eat at if I were on
