Thess Residences is located in a very up-and-coming area in the centre of Thessaloniki, just 800 meters from Aristotle's Square, a 10-minute walk from the famous Church of Saint Dimitrios, and only a few steps away from the old Byzantine Chapel of the Twelve Apostles. Situated just 400 meters from the nearest metro station, it provides easy access to the city’s main attractions. It boasts luxurious, spacious, modern, and yet affordable apartments, some with a balcony, which can become your personal address in the beautiful city of Thessaloniki. The apartments feature contemporary décor and a minimalist style that add comfort and elegance to your stay and are ideally designed to accommodate travellers of all ages, from singles and couples to larger groups, offering sizes from 27 to 90 sq. m.
