Palazzetto San Lio, located in the heart of Venice between the Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark’s Square, is the perfect place to live your authentic Venetian experience. Built between the 17th and 18th centuries, the building comprises period apartments where original antique features blend with modern comforts, making Palazzetto San Lio the perfect vacation home near St. Mark's Square. Offering canal view and air conditioning, each apartment will provide you with a satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Featuring a bath or shower, the private bathroom also comes with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Palazzetto San Lio is 2 km from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station and 2. 5 km from the car/bus terminal in Piazzale Roma. Please note that check-in is upon appointment. To best organize your arrival, we kindly ask you to let us know your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a no-show. The tourist tax is NOT included in the tourist rental fee and must be paid in cash upon arrival: the Municipality of Venice requires €3. 00 per person per day, with exemption for children under 10. The Palazzetto San Lio staff is dedicated to providing our guests with an authentic Venetian experience.
