At Évora’s northern exit, in an attractive rehabilitated building that once housed a roof-tile factory, this is one of those restaurants that, at first glance alone, invites you to step through its doors. Here, in an intimate yet sophisticated setting, the connection between the culinary world and that of viticulture is constant. Upon arrival, you are guided on an immersive journey while the story of the house is told, with aperitifs and stops both on the terrace and in the kitchen, a space that preserves the charm
