Guests consistently praise the central location, proximity to dining and nightlife, and generally friendly staff. Cleanliness and value for money are frequently noted positively. The main drawbacks are small rooms and beds, thin walls with noticeable street or staff noise, and occasional maintenance issues such as weak showers or slow repair responses.
