A former naval building right on the marina houses The James, a sophisticated hotel that is also home to this chic and elegant restaurant. The 7m-high ceiling and chandeliers draped in silk make quite an impression, as do the views of the marina from some of the seats. Fresh and tasty cuisine is served here, and the menu is strongly influenced by the restaurant's own farm. For example, they raise their own Husum red pied pigs, chickens and German Angus cattle – exceptionally tender rump steaks guaranteed.
