This is all testament to the skill of owner Thomas Zimmermann, who uses select ingredients in his dishes. The atmosphere, too, is just right, thanks to the lovely decor and the exceedingly friendly, attentive hostess. Tip: There are also some individually designed, upscale guestrooms for overnight stays.
