也不知道是前台新人不熟悉业务还是纯粹想赖。先"thank you for your loyalty"，明明知道是Globalist，绝口不提升级。最后我主动提一句升级了吗，马上给了个高层corner room。
每个人one entree, one side and one hot drink。就是只有一个人，速度特别慢。
位置不错；但两部电梯坏了一台，导致每次都要至少5分钟，每个人都在抱怨。楼梯又把1楼出口锁了，又只能折回3楼lobby继续坐电梯。。。餐厅只有一个人，动作奇慢；房间里的shower gel居然用完了，cleaning的真是离个大谱。
