Nestled at the beginning of arguably the world's most famous beach, Copacabana, this hotel is the perfect choice for anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro. Praia de Copacabana and Rio Sul Mall are both in the immediate vicinity, while Sugarloaf Mountain is about 2 km away. Guests are within a 10- to 15-minute ride from downtown and the main tourist attractions. Dating back to 1950, the hotel has forged a reputation for excellent facilities and courteous service, attracting both business and leisure travelers. The large terrace offers a magnificent view of Flamengo Park, with its wonderful gardens designed by internationally renowned landscape architect, Burle Marx. Guests can enjoy the view while relaxing on the sun loungers around the outdoor pool and enjoying refreshments from the poolside snack bar.
