Guests consistently praise the warm, family-run hospitality, exceptional dining, spotless rooms, and comprehensive wellness facilities. The complimentary shuttle service effectively offsets the hillside location away from the town center. Minor notes include occasional requests for larger family rooms and the uphill walk back, but overall satisfaction remains exceptionally high.
