We welcome everyone to our Brand New Holiday Inn Express and Suites Medical Park. Our hotel has many great features and in a great location. We are just located .09 miles away from New Hanover Regional Hospital, 4 miles away from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and 3 miles away from the Beautiful Historical Wilmington Downtown Area. Port of Wilmington 1.5 mi. We have an Indoor Heated Pool that is open all year round and you can get energized in our 24 hour fitness center that is equipped with everything you need for a great workout. Need to catch up on work? Our hotel offer fast and free Wi Fi access and you will enjoy our business center to help you stay ahead and productive. Feeling Hungry? Grab a quick snack at our market. In town for a business meeting? You can rent our conference room that features a 75 inch TV for your business presentations. In addition, we offer a free self guest laundry facility on site.
