Ich weiß ein Haus am See

Somewhere between Berlin and Rostock, in the middle of nowhere... This idyllic spot is a place in which to slow down and unwind – the name of the road, Paradiesweg, is apt. Set beside a secluded lake, the small hotel offers far more than just a comfortable overnight stay. Raik Zeigner, head chef since 2005, excels in the classic culinary style that has long been a hallmark of the house. His four-course set menu is different every evening and showcases carefully chosen seasonal ingredients, from hot-smoked sea bass and exceptionally fresh turbot with fine roasted notes to flavoursome veal fille
