Guest scores & sentiment
From 80 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-22
Guests consistently praise the stunning pyramid views, attentive staff, and satisfying breakfast. Drawbacks center on the hotel being on the 13th floor of a residential building, with a plain ground-floor entrance and older elevators. The surrounding area feels rough to some, and a few guests report average soundproofing, occasional cleaning lapses, or minor service inconsistencies. Overall, the experience remains highly rated.

KEYBest for travelers prioritizing pyramid views and easy access to the GEM. Accept the busy local surroundings and older building infrastructure. Request a confirmed pyramid-view room and consider soundproofing needs before booking.
