This sleek chalet overlooking Verbier serves big-boned, inventive Italian cuisine in a snug, stylishly appointed hotel. The carefully structured lineup stars a top-drawer cast of exceptional ingredients. In addition to artful plating, each dish reveals surgical craftsmanship, lashings of creativity, superlative quality and spot-on marriages of flavours. The eight-course tasting menu can be whittled down to six, even four courses depending on your appetite. We highly recommend the wine pairings, particularly if you opt for the tasting menu.
