A restaurant within a restaurant. In the middle of Birdy's by Achtien - Sharing Restaurant you will find The Nest. The setting is cheerful, with pleasing floral touches and enjoyable relaxing background music. Diners can also interact directly with the team at work in the open kitchen, which makes for a delightfully interactive atmosphere. Using regional ingredients, chef Christian Vogel creates a modern surprise menu with five courses that change according to the season. The Lostallo salmon owes its wonderful texture to a special cooking technique – truly intriguing. Equally tempting: the del

This charming establishment perched in a small mountain village is your reward after the narrow, steep drive up! The fact that the restaurant has many regular customers is of course mainly down to its tasty traditional cuisine. The dishes are prepared with flair from good, fresh produce from the region. Popular options include stews and ravioli. A four- to seven-course set menu is also available if you pre-book (two days in advance). Seasonal specialities such as venison and chamois or Metzgete (pork platter) are also worth considering. Tip: Soups, sausages, jams and other delicacies can be pu

Chef Dominik Hartmann and his team delight diners with modern seasonal cuisine that strikes an impressive balance between natural simplicity and creativity, complexity and a pleasing sense of groundedness. Great emphasis is placed on regional sourcing, with a preference for small-scale producers. There is a fully vegetarian seven-course surprise menu, with the option to add two extra courses. The house-made bread with butter is extremely moreish, as is the interesting combination of beetroot – oven-baked and puréed – with fruity-tart fermented blackbe

The name of the game here is "Gasthaus at its best" – this applies to the cosy space, the cordial, attentive service, and chef Daniel Jann's cuisine. Whether you opt for Murmeltierpfeffer (marmot stew), Gitzi-Bratwurst (a goat meat and beef sausage) or asparagus dishes, meticulous craftsmanship and flavour are guaranteed. The focus lies squarely on the region. Eating here is fun! Stylish guestrooms are available for overnight stays.
