Hotel Spresiano

Gellivs boasts a unique and atmospheric setting within the Antica Opitergium museum, surrounded by archaeological remains that tell the story of the town from the beginning of the Roman period, although the contemporary-style furniture and decor here bring us right into the modern day. Here, chef Alessandro Breda creates cuisine that is reassuringly traditional in dishes such as potato mousse, cooked and raw cod, quince and puntarella greens, and more modern in specialities such as the Treviso-Tokyo lobster. An impressive wine list which includes Italian and international labels completes the

At this restaurant, an American-style barbecue garden (in summer) and a smart, rustic dining room provide the backdrop for carefully prepared local cuisine with a personalised, gourmet twist, such as the home-made gnocchi served with three different types of tomato. The wine list features top-quality labels from Italy and further afield, including a few vintages that will delight wine-enthusiasts.

Immersed in the wine-growing landscape of Prosecco, among orderly hills and rows of vines that define the territory, Condo is a historical family-run trattoria, the custodian across several generations of the Venetian gastronomic tradition. The interiors, warm and full of character, speak of the simple charm of the old country table; in summer, a pleasant veranda enveloped in climbing plants offers outdoor dining of genuine and unhurried character, perfectly suited to savouring the tranquillity of the surroundings. A rustic and romantic setting provides the backdrop for the traditional and creative cuisine served here. It is made from typical local produce with an emphasis on ethical and sustainably produced ingredients (vegan and gluten - free options are also available). The wine list includes a good selection of organic and biodynamic labels which are the perfect accompaniment to the Asian food served here. Feria has two distinct spaces – the bistro-cum-bar which serves cocktails and some street-food

In a charming area of Treviso's historic centre, the Morer restaurant offers fresh seafood dishes, homemade pastas and desserts. Not to be missed are the lemon noodles and the scallop with its coral and pepper. Not far from the Cathedral, this historic venue is named after a mulberry tree – morer, in the local dialect – once located in front of the entrance, but which is now gone!

In the heart of Treviso, what was once a stronghold of traditional cuisine is now a restaurant with contemporary appeal, where a carefully curated atmosphere is matched by sophisticated design; the most coveted tables overlook the canal, providing a particularly atmospheric setting. The gastronomic proposal combines fantasy and references to the territory; in addition to the à la carte, two tasting menus are available: "We" brings together a selection of the most representative dishes of chefs Beatrice Simonetti and Manuel Gobbo, while "Beccherie 1962" pays homage to the sign's historic cuisin
