- 刚到的时候前台态度不好，我同行比我早到先出示我证件入住了，我到的时候他竟然can't recognize this reservation，给他看了app上预定的界面才重新帮我找，态度很不耐烦，后来一问同行竟然还是同一个人check in的，提前都打过招呼了他还不记得？唯一的雷点
- 最好的位置，金泽站出来就是，高层雪景能看到整个车站广场和附近的街区
