Guests consistently praise the stunning historic mansion design, art-filled interiors, lush courtyard, and spacious, immaculate rooms. Service is highlighted as exceptionally warm and helpful, with an excellent included breakfast. The main drawbacks are the 15–25 minute walk to the historic center along a busier street, a small unheated plunge pool, and occasional inconsistencies in staff English or responsiveness outside reception.
