Traditional Cuisine, Contemporary · ★ Michelin

If you enjoy cuisine rooted in the local terroir, this restaurant, part of the rural hotel of the same name and located 1km southeast of Torre de Juan Abad, will definitely appeal, thanks to surroundings which provide it with its inspiration. The “gastronomic” dining space (there is a second more traditional dining room called Origen) features lots of natural light and pleasant vistas of the La Mancha countryside. Traditional Cuisine

Thanks to options such as loaves of candeal wheat flour bread baked in the town’s communal oven, delicious partridge pâté made in-house, comforting soups, and chickpea stews or beans with PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), the dining in this restaurant is very much focused on everyday food, in contrast to its award-winning older sibling (Coto de Quevedo Evolución). It is one of those places that is good for the soul, and one which connects guests staying at this charming rural hotel directly with the countryside, accompanied by similarly friendly and easy-going service.
