This branch of the global brand sits in the grounds of the St Regis hotel but feels entirely independent of it. The dining room features an impressive back-lit counter and remains a place ‘to be seen’ in the city. The menu offers a wide choice of what they describe as ‘Mediterranean fusion’, which means the addition of some North African and even Asian influences.
