Restavracija Majerca

€€

Majerca is the intimate restaurant of an elegant boutique hotel nestled in the valleys of the Julian Alps, a short distance from the bucolic Lake Bohinj. Its cuisine draws deep roots from the produce of the territory. The chef-patron, a native of the area, combines international techniques with a contemporary vision, expressing them with balance and sensitivity. Local ingredients take undisputed centre stage: the trout, offered in several preparations; the daily soups, always richly flavoured; and the meats of the territory, among which the duck breast stands out as one of the most appreciated
