Guests consistently praise the excellent Chelsea location, friendly and professional staff, clean modern rooms, comfortable beds, and daily complimentary coffee, pastry, and water. The most common drawbacks are very small room sizes that limit luggage space, unclear daily resort fees, dimly lit hallways and bathrooms, and occasional noise or poor sound insulation.
