Located in the centre of Sóller, one of Mallorca’s most picturesque towns, and easily accessible from Palma, including via the island’s historic train with its traditional wooden carriages. The restaurant occupies a typical Mallorcan house with an impeccable rustic decor and a particularly attractive rear patio with fine views of the valley and its famous orange groves. To this backdrop, owner-chef Kiko Martorell offers guests his updated and innovative take on Mallorcan cuisine that can be enjoyed on three constantly evolving tasting menus: a simpler offering served only at lunchtime and two

The dining here, which is limited to a dinner service, is centred around three menus (Sabores de Mallorca, Gran Baleárico and Baleárico Verde), with a strong focus on the island’s cuisine. The sunsets here are a spectacle in their own right!

Their concept, which takes the form of a tasting menu and is described as ‘return-to-roots cuisine’, draws its inspiration from the poetic world of Federico García Lorca (they also offer a vegetarian menu within the same framework).
