- 提前四五天发短信过去（而且回短信特别快）就给我锁好了1br套，非常到位
- app里选了，但最后没用上
- 早餐是给voucher，但没带也没啥问题，房号能看见环球客；可以点一份entree一份coffee一份juice，他家的coffee可以选matcha latte，抹茶脑袋狂喜，两天嗦了三杯，而且因为我走的时候忘带走了回去找waitress又给我做了一杯，态度好到不行
- 我一共住了两晚，第一晚用现金，第二晚是积分，和前台商量了之后也帮我waive了第一晚的valet（理论上球客现金不可以）；valet也特别专业且很快，基于这个位置感觉价格不算离谱

- 退房前一天晚上要求第二天下午4点延迟退房，非常爽快的答应了
- 每天一个globalist voucher可以在楼下餐厅吃早饭，一张voucher可以带最多2个成年人+2小孩，每个人可以点1 entree，1 juice，1 coffee。东西都挺好吃的，就是菜单比较单调，要是连续吃一周可能有点腻。
- 原本的房间是2 queen所以升级到了studio，比正常的2 queen多了一个小客厅，明显看起来大了很多
- globalist + freenight/point可以免费valet parking，valet每天要55刀，所以这个免费还挺方便的

- 服务真的不太行，房间没升级，应对突发事件不利
- 早上六点半发出大量噪音，打电话抱怨之后持续了二十分钟消停了，七点半又开始了，下楼抱怨也没用也没提出任何补偿来安抚
- 位置挺好的，在Portland downtown，离轨道交通不远，房间没什么view

- 给了一间corner的雪山景观房，Mt St.Helens就嵌在窗上，十分美好。
- 前台非常热情友好。餐厅热情过头了，非要我尝尝新鲜出炉的菜。
- Downtown比较靠边的位置，步行方便的，但是要小心瘾君子。
- Centric装修就那样，洗手间的门设计不合理，小朋友要小心夹手。
